Terms & Conditions for ticket holders of Burwood Stampede Music Festival:

Capacity & AGLC Rules and Regulations:

Attendees must adhere to the capacity limits and Alberta Gaming, Liquor, and Cannabis (AGLC) rules and regulations enforced at the Burwood Stampede Music Festival venue. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or ejection from the event.

Safety & Security:
Your safety and security are our top priorities. All attendees must follow the instructions of festival staff, security personnel, and emergency responders. We reserve the right to conduct security screenings and searches at the entrance to ensure compliance with safety protocols and prevent prohibited items from entering the festival premises. Any behavior that jeopardizes the safety of others will not be tolerated. The holder of the ticket is over 18 years of age and the ticket is non-refundable. The holder of the ticket is aware and agrees that filming, photography of the event may be used for future promotional material.

List of Prohibited Items include but are not limited to:
The following items are prohibited at the Burwood Stampede Music Festival: Weapons of any kind, including firearms, knives, and sharp objects. Illegal substances or drugs. Outside food and beverages (except for medical reasons). Alcoholic beverages purchased at the festival must be consumed within the festival gates. Glass containers, aerosol cans, and fireworks. Large umbrellas, tents, chairs or structures. Recording devices (audio or video) without prior authorization. Unauthorized soliciting, vending or sampling of any sort. Animals or pets of any kind, unless registered as a service animal, excluding emotional support, therapy, and companion animals. Burwood Stampede Music Festival does not assume responsibility for the well-being of a registered support animal and the owner assumes all liability. Bicycles, skateboards, roller blades/skates, scooters, carts or personalized motorized vehicles except wheelchairs. Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles. Laser pointers. This list is not all-encompassing and Burwood Stampede Music Festival reserves the right to make all decisions regarding potential items that may not appear on the list but are deemed detrimental, dangerous or disruptive to the event and the security and safety of the festival.

No Refunds and Exchanges:
All ticket sales are final. Lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed tickets will not be refunded or honored in any way. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
In no event shall Burwood Stampede Music Festival, its affiliates, parents, related entities, owners, governors or their respective officers, directors, partners, partnerships, sponsors, principals, employees, volunteers or agents be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the festival.

Future Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Burwood Stampede Music Festival reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the ticket or attendance at the festival constitutes acceptance of any amendments.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Burwood Stampede Music Festival, its affiliates, parents, related entities, owners, governors or their respective officers, directors, partners, partnerships, sponsors, principals, employees, volunteers or agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your attendance at the festival.
